Wild West Days Sponsor Parade Entry Fee is Complimentary - no payment needed

Parade numbers will be available after May 20th on the Parade Information Page

Mercantile

Complete Steps 1-5 below to sign up for a mercantile booth

STEP 2: Fill out and complete the STREET MERCANTILE CONTRACT

STEP 3: Fill out and complete the ST19 Form

STEP 4: Email completed Street Mercantile Contract and ST19 form to: Rose@RosiesAtticRoom.com

After confirming booth availability with Rose for your product, proceed to Step 5

Please note: Absolutely No Campers

STEP 5: Reserve your spot and pay for your chosen booth size by clicking on a button below

    Completely filled for 2023 - no longer accepting food vendors

STEP 4: Reserve your spot and pay for your chosen booth size by clicking on a button below

Generators must be 65 decibels or less

Bean Bag Tournament

Sunday, May 28th -- 1:00 PM

City Park - 25861 Main St, Zimmerman

  • Up to 32 teams

  • Double elimination

  • Throwing 5-6 boards

  • Teams are encouraged to bring their own bags

  • A limited amount of extra bags available for use

  • Drinks available nearby

  • Must be present when called to play

  • Playing rain (in civic building) or shine

  • No refunds

Bean Bag Rules​

  • Best 2 out of 3 games in winner's bracket

  • Single game of play in loser's bracket

  • Points cancel each other out

  • First team to 21 wins (final score does NOT need to be exactly 21 points) 

  • This tournament is for FUN. 

  • Please don't take yourself too seriously!

  • 8 teams maximum

  • 6 innings or 1 hour played per game (whichever comes first)

  • Single elimination 

  • Minimum of 10 players per team

  • Children under 12 can join their parent(s) on the field and not count towards the 10 players

  • Maximum of 15 players allowed on the field
