Volunteering at Wild West Days

The Zimmerman Community Club is thrilled to be hosting our annual Wild West Days celebration over Memorial Weekend. This beloved community event brings together residents and visitors for a weekend of fun, including a parade, a car show, live entertainment, and more.

We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable organizations to partner with us by providing volunteer support throughout the event. In exchange for your valuable time, the Zimmerman Community Club will provide financial compensation to your organization for each shift worked.

We have a variety of volunteer opportunities available, including:

  • Cleaning and Trash Pickup: Maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for attendees.

  • Parade Assistance: Helping with lineup, crowd control, and general parade logistics.

  • Car Show Parking: Directing and assisting with parking for the popular car show.

  • Event Set Up & Take Down: Setting up event tables, chairs, banners. Setting out garbage cans. On the final day, packing it back up.

This is a fantastic opportunity for your organization to:

  • Earn funds to support your mission and activities.

  • Contribute to a cherished community event.

  • Build teamwork and camaraderie within your organization.

  • Gain valuable volunteer experience.

We believe that your organization's dedication and support would be a tremendous asset to Wild West Days.

To express your interest or for any inquiries, please contact Kim at 763-350-5045 or zimmcommclub@gmail.com.

We look forward to partnering with you for a successful and memorable Wild West Days!

Need community service hours? We can help with that too!

***Please review the days, times, how many volunteers are needed and the type of service we are looking for.  For every shift, we do require 1 adult (21 years and older who can drive a golf cart responsibly), unless listed differently below.

If you know of a team, group, or club that is looking for some dough... please let them know to reach out to us!
